Crewasis Client Project: Re-designing An MVP & Creating A Brand New Portal

1 — Problem

Our team’s task is to redesign their MVP to give Crewasis’s customers confidence in their service, and also build a brand new portal that would allow the customers to be more self-serving during the discovery phase.

2 — Solution

Re-designed the Crewasis website (Home page and Product page) , created a portal for customers to initiate new projects and refer back to their information and data on one platform with access to Crewasis Data Scientists.

3 — My Role

This was a collaborative project with 3 other UX Designers. We conducted interviews, synthesized results and tests as a group, and worked closely together throughout the design process all the way to delivery.

I took the lead on the Design phase and along with another team member, took charge of managing the project’s documentation, tracking, as well as communication with the stakeholders.

5 — Impact

Our team met the project brief in creating a new platform for Crewasis Clients to use, as well as re-designing their Home and Product page. The platform has yet to be developed and go live. Waiting further feedback once portal can be utilised by Crewasis customers.
